Launching Ceremony ICT Textbook in Khmer and the Inauguration of the Low Cost Computing Research Laboratory

On 22 Jan 2008, Ministry of Education youth, and sport cooperates with Open Institute had a launching ceremony ICT Textbook in Khmer and Inauguration of the low cost computing research laberatory at National Institute of Education, and presided by H.E. Im Sethy, Secretary of State, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
